Zur Erinnerung an Teil 1:

Die Konjunktur läuft, alle Nachrichten sind gut und trotzdem ist die Binnennachfrage schlecht.

Wir stellen die These auf, dass wir Deutschen Angst vor der Pleite und mehr haben. Um mögliche vorbeugende Maßnahmen zu treffen, gäbe es folgende Möglichkeiten oder Schlüsselpositionen:

Bereits in Teil 1 aufgeführt, wurde der Arbeitsmarkt und die absolut notwendige Qualifizierung unserer Schulabgänger als 1. Bedingung unserer Zukunftssicherung dargestellt.

Als nächstes ist notwendig, die Einführung einer Staatsbank, um systemrelevante Funktionen wahrnehmen zu können, auch wenn die normalen Banken Schwierigkeiten haben ( s. Artikel Schuld der Banken an den Schulden); um eben auch unabhängig von irgendwelchen Spekulationsgeschäften zu sein.

Systematisch sollte der Ausbau von neuen Industriezweigen wie z. B. Photovoltaik oder anderen erneuerbaren Energiegewinnungen sein. Hierfür sollten Subventionen für Forschung und Entwicklung und zwar großzügig zur Verfügung gestellt werden, und dann allerdings auch wieder gestrichen werden, wenn diese sich selbst tragen können, wie bei Photovoltaik geschehen. Hier funktionierte das System. Aber es gibt in diesem Bereich noch viele andere Dinge die wirklich förderwürdig, heißt zukunftsträchtig, sind; z.B. im Bereich des BIO-Bodens oder des Recycling von Atommüll ,oder Ersatz des Kunststoffes durch Naturmittel ( z.B. Mais für Verpackung) .

Mit solchen Produkten ist man einfach weiter in der Zukunft gefragt, egal wie sich alles andere entwickelt, blieben wir Spitzenreiter im Bereich Export.

Unsere Agrarwirtschaft bietet uns weitestgehend die Versorgung mit Nahrung, dies sollten wir nicht weiter abbauen.

Unser Sozialversicherungssystem ist notleidend. So geht es einfach nicht weiter. Ein häufiger Grund für die Angst von uns Deutschen für die Zukunft, ist genau dieser Bereich. Schon jetzt sind die Ängste nicht unbegründet. Die Kranken- und Altenversorgung wird immer schlechter. Die Sozialversicherungsträger sollten einmal genau unter die Lupe genommen werden. Bis jetzt wurden immer nur die Leistungsträger beschnitten und die Versicherten mehr zur Kasse gebeten. Aber wer hat bis jetzt die Stellen und deren Bezahlung der Krankenkassen auf den Prüfstand gestellt?

Außerdem stellt sich die Frage nach der Beitragsbemessungsgrenze. Wofür dient diese?
